Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Front Left Consulting Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16242947, registered office 11 Scholars Place, London, England, N16 0RF. For any question about this policy, contact eoin@front-left.co.uk.

Contact form data: name, email address, organisation (if given), enquiry type and message, when you submit the contact form.

Analytics and advertising data: pages visited, device and browser type, referring site and on-site actions, collected via Google Analytics (GA4), the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel.

Frontline is our reporting software, used by Front Left clients under a written agreement. This section covers data handled inside Frontline, which is separate from the website data described above.

What we handle. Advertising data from Meta and TikTok ad accounts, website analytics from Google Analytics, and ticket sales data from ticketing platforms. This covers campaign, spend, audience and sales reporting figures. We do not collect or store the personal details of ticket buyers or of people who saw an advert.

Whose data it is. The client owns it. They grant Front Left access to their own accounts, and we act on their instructions. Front Left is a processor for this data and the client is the controller.

How access is granted. Access is given by the client through each platform's own permission process, and can be withdrawn by the client at any time from within that platform.

Where it is stored. Data is held in our Supabase database and served through Vercel. Both operate under their own security and privacy terms.

What we do not do. We do not sell this data. We do not share it with other clients. We do not use data obtained from Meta or TikTok for advertising, profiling or any purpose beyond reporting to the client it came from. We do not combine one client's data with another's.

How long we keep it. For the life of the client agreement. On termination, or on written request, we delete the client's data within 30 days.

This site uses cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok to measure site traffic and the performance of our advertising on those platforms. You can block or delete these cookies through your browser settings at any time; doing so may limit some site functionality but will not prevent you from reading the site or using the contact form.

Contact form submissions are used to respond to your enquiry and are not used for any other purpose without your consent.

Analytics and advertising data is used to understand how the site is used and to measure and improve our marketing on Meta, TikTok and Google.

We rely on legitimate interest to respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form, and on consent (implied by continued use of the site, subject to your browser and any cookie controls) for analytics and advertising cookies.

Contact form messages are delivered by Resend, our transactional email provider. Analytics and advertising data is processed by Google, Meta and TikTok under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data.

Contact form emails are retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for our own record-keeping. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention settings of Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact eoin@front-left.co.uk.

Some of the processors listed above (Google, Meta, TikTok) may transfer data outside the UK. Each provides its own safeguards for these transfers under its respective privacy policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
